The CG is† 104 mm of the leading edge. With an battery pack of 5x1200mAh, it requires less 40g of lead. For the first flights one can advance the centering of 5mm i.e. to put 25g more lead† in the nose.

The first flight will be done without ballast, all the control surfaces exactly with the neutral, centering with 100mm of the leading edge.
Move back CG to 104mm of the leading edge according to your impressions. It will be necessary to compensate with down trim, it is normal. Familiarize yourself with the sailplane before adding ballast.
One can ballast Miraj to fly by strong wind. The Miraj increases speed considerably. Not to exceed 700g because the turn radius will start to suffer.
Add a bit of positive camber for light slope lift. You will be surprised.
